I have been over-booking myself since I was a young girl, and it's still something that I tend to do especially if things get hectic and I forget to set sensible boundaries.
In fact, I've been seriously ill and hospitalized several times due to physical exhaustion. It took me a while to get the message.
PLEASE--don't make the same mistake!
For me, burnout and exhaustion happen because of having a lot of interests, being a devoted mom and ambitious entrepreneur, but also from being a chronic people-pleaser.
Guess what? I've learned (the hard way) that setting healthy boundaries and taking good care of myself allows me to enjoy better health, more quality time with the ones I love AND greater success in my business.
I hope this week's message inspires you to create some healthy boundaries and SHIFT your life and work from FRANTIC to FOCUSED.
