Time to STOP Being Scattered, Hectic, Frantic and Reactive

Guess what!?

You were not meant to live in a scattered, frantic, reactive, and dramatic environment.

This chaotic lifestyle trend was created by unrealistic beliefs and habits.

Good news, though. These habits can be adjusted. Shifting yourself out of reactive mode and being intentional about your environment, decisions and lifestyle is the first step in becoming an influential and effective leader. I have some tips to help you with this in today's episode of Monday Morning Mastermind.

Remember--leadership (and parenting) isn't about telling someone how to do something. It's about empowering them to do it and allowing them to do it better than you.

Now, go and enjoy an intentional week. 😀

For more tips on living an intentional life, read chapter 7 in the book Women, LEAD: Influential & Effective Strategies for Women Who Lead at Work, at Home, and in the Community.

Women, LEAD! is available in bookstores in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, or purchase a copy on Amazon or Barnes and Noble.
