My entire household has been awaiting the newest season of Ted Lasso for more than a year. We were so happy to dig into the new episodes last week, and they did not disappoint!
Ted Lasso, on AppleTV, is about the most refreshing series that I've come across. It's fun watching for the entire family, has so many characters to adore, makes me laugh out loud, AND, leaves me feeling inspired, too.
Here are my favorite leadership lessons from Ted Lasso:

Believe in yourself.
Doing the right thing is never the wrong thing.
All people are different people.
See the good in others.
Courage is about being willing to try.
Vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.
Tell the truth.
Winning is an attitude.
Optimists do more.
Stay teachable.
Happiness is a choice.
Be a Goldfish - If you do something wrong do not let it define you. Forget it - like a goldfish - within 10 seconds.
These Lasso-isms have me smiling this morning, and I hope you're smiling too. We have a fresh new week ahead of us and it's filled with possibilities. Make it a great week!
