The Person Who Knows What's Best for You is ALWAYS You

During this busy and hectic time of year we tend to fill ourselves with the pressure of "shoulds" Often this pressure comes from external sources and the idea of trying to be as good as, or better than our neighbors, friends, family and co-workers.

When you are beating yourself up and criticizing yourself for not having the Hallmark Holiday, remember this:

No one does your life better than you.

When I stopped taking advice and trying to please everyone else, life got easy.

Let it be easy!

When it comes to making decisions about your life and your career, the best place to go for advice is always within*.

Remember that.
