Some Tips to Help You Cope During a Crisis
So many upsetting things are happening in the world right now.
Weather, disease, violence, hunger, panic have happened throughout history but this is the first time we've experienced multiple crises together.
You may feel really restricted right now, but I have some encouragement for you that I hope will help today.
No matter where you are and what you're experiencing, I feel confident that you are up to the challenge and you will find your power.
In this week's Monday Morning Mastermind video, I'm sharing two things you can do to help yourself stop worrying and begin to recover once the crisis has passed.
Remember, you are the person that so many people are depending on right now, and you're teaching everyone around you how to cope.
Please share this video with anyone who needs it.
My best wishes and blessings to all of our loved ones and neighbors that are struggling today.
I've learned how to recover from crisis, because, like you, I've experienced a few.
Today when I look back over the difficulties in my life, I see clearly that the happy days far outnumber the difficult ones. Still, those tough times were TOUGH. I consider myself a resilient woman, one with an abundance of optimism, but to be honest, there have been times in my life when I thought I’d never get out of bed again.
Through these experiences, I’ve developed some reliable recovery strategies. In the late summer of 2020, I created an ebook and short inspirational video with helpful tips.
You can access both the ebook and video on this webpage.
