Getting Through the Tough Times in Your Relationship

Trying to talk yourself into staying in a relationship?

Not sure if it's time to break up, move on or stay together?

Are you constantly fighting/bickering with your partner but really want to stay together? We've all been there. Making the decision to stay or go is brutal.


In today's video, I'm sharing my best tips for getting through tough times in your most important relationships.


I got this advice years ago and use it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.


Tip number one is the easiest for me, tip number four is the one that has made the most impact in my life.


Come back to this video anytime you are facing a conflict and remember these steps:

  1. Commit to love.

  2. Give up the need to be right.

  3. Stop trying to control the other person.

  4. Take 100% responsibility.

A lot of women really resist giving up control of people and situations. They are afraid of what will happen.


Good news: When you stop trying to control people you give them permission to be their authentic self and live their best life. When you stop trying to control situations, things are allowed to turn out the way they are meant to be. Give up control, friends. The results are amazing.
